Kap Hiroti is an investor and trainer in the field of Real Estate investment and specializes in Canadian foreclosure research and education. He has trained the students of leading real estate and personal development educators throughout North America including Robert Allen, Ron LeGrand, Marshall Silver and T. Harv Eker. Kap also conducts workshops, seminars and personal coaching specific to foreclosure.

Originally from New Zealand, Kap is a graduate of the University of Otago (Dunedin, NZ) and was conferred two degrees: a Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science; and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in both Management and Information Science.

Following graduation, Kap started his own IT consultancy working with small - medium size businesses to design, install and manage their computer networks. It was during this time that Kap bought his first investment property as a joint venture. Real Estate investing was a turning point in Kap's life and it was where he found his passion.

As a frequent traveler between New Zealand and Canada since 2002, Kap permanently relocated to Vancouver in 2005.

In 2006, Kap founded ForeclosureList.ca (DealSpeak, Inc.), and has positioned the company as the primary provider of foreclosure research and education in British Columbia.
